Social network you want to login/join with: Responsibilities - Guarantee all the interior design projects, namely, store openings and remodeling at an international level. - Lead the creation of retail experiences for Parfois’ clients. - Develop new store conceptual designs, working through schematic design, and design development, taking into account the growth of the company. - Create aligned concepts, considering visual merchandising and integrating brand into one's design. - Guarantee the development and managing execution of concept furniture, according to Parfois’ brand guidelines. - Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for development and construction. - Ensure project management and review of submittals and finish samples according to brand’s guidelines. - Manage internal client expectations, team communication, and coordination. Profile - Minimum 5+ years of related experience as an interior designer with a strong background in retail design interiors. - Advanced skills in the design process, including furniture fixes & equipment, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials. - Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly. - Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills. - Must have a desire and proven ability to mentor and grow teams. - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD. - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
